Cristina Viganotti

In 2003, I founded Viganotti Events. After twenty-three years of hands-on experience, I have gained a clear understanding: the true value of an event is measured not only by its outcomes, but by the quality of the relationships it creates.

Every moment in which a company chooses to show up leaves a mark. A successful event is not simply organized, it is lived and remembered.

Every conference, every trade fair, every meeting has the power to strengthen a company's culture, or to weaken it. It can help people focus on what truly matters, or let an opportunity slip away. For this reason, we go beyond logistics: we make sure that every step speaks your values.

We call this approach the Ethics of Presence®. It is the way we choose our people, shape timing, handle the unexpected, and inhabit every space. It is not an abstract idea; it is a concrete choice. Slowing down when everyone else is rushing. Caring for what others overlook. Protecting the quality of presence when the market demands speed above all else.

This is not rhetoric about kindness. It is operational discipline. And it is a responsibility I take to heart.

What makes me proudest is the satisfaction I see in people's eyes: the team that turns vision into reality, and the clients who, over time, become long-term partners.

I bring this vision beyond my company as well. At Federcongressi&eventi, I actively contribute to dialogue and to the evolution of our industry's standards. At IULM, as an Alumni Ambassador, I deeply believe in an authentic connection between universities and businesses. Walking alongside young people as they build their skills means helping them turn knowledge into know-how: a conscious, responsible, and human practice that allows talent to emerge within the real context of work.
