I’m Cristina Viganotti, and I have been working in the events industry in Milan and across Italy since 2003.
Together with my team, we provide a single local point of contact for qualified event staff, guest management and on-site event coordination. One team, clear responsibility: you retain the vision and direction of the project, while we bring it to life locally, ensuring that decisions are made at the right time and that operations run smoothly.
We have managed the local delivery of international projects for events such as Milan Design Week and Milano Cortina 2026, coordinating people, guests and operations on site. These experiences have taught us how to understand a project quickly, identify what matters most and see every commitment through to completion.
