I’m Cristina Viganotti, and I have been working in the events industry in Milan and across Italy since 2003.
Together with my team, we provide a single local point of contact for qualified event staff, guest management and on-site event coordination. One team, clear accountability: you maintain the vision for the project, while we bring it to life locally, making timely decisions and responding effectively to the unexpected.
We have managed the local execution of international projects for events such as Milan Design Week and Milano Cortina 2026, coordinating people, guests and operations on the ground. These experiences have taught us how to step into a project quickly, understand what truly matters and follow through on every commitment to achieve the desired outcome.
